ordered black tea macchiato with pudding and the pudding/cream had a lot of lumps instead of being smooth. Quite gross. Thought jewel outlet would maintain their quality but alley never fails to disappoint.
Great bubble tea located in basement 2. I took the crunchy milk tea. It was great, and the staff was also great as well.
Centre directory says it opens at 10am, store doesnβt open to 11am, went down at 11:05, guys said we donβt open till another 10 min, came back at at 11:15. Shop closed with a sign saying weβre on a break and weβll be back soon, so we came back again at 11:30 now said canβt do bubble teas. Really disappointed
Poor service. Ordered the hot tea after a long snaking queue but was inform by the counter staff that all hot drinks were sold out. However cold ones were available. Doesn't make sense. Not even apologetic. Aniways, kindly put up a signage stating that there is no hot drinks or overwhelming orders therefore unable to boil a simple drink. Will be much appreciated rather than having to queue but it's not available.
Ordered peach oolong tea. Peach flavour is very mild, tastes like normal tea. The portion of the pearls is waaaaay too little... I still have half cup of tea left after finishing all the pearls. Not satisfying at all as compared to other brands.. will not be coming back.. ):
Got to know of this brand in JB, and when this outlet first opened in Jewel, was really excited to go have my favourite brown sugar chocolate milk drink across all the BBT franchises - Deerioca series.
This time around however, we went for a crunchy cocoa, which is merely chocolate syrup slapped against the cup, and milk tea topped with cereal. Didnβt quite like this, will probably stick to my favourite in future.
